Emergencies
Emergency appointments are available Monday to Saturday during normal surgery hours. Should you have an out of hour emergency, that cannot wait, contact the Emergency Dental Service on 01323 449 170 in Hailsham. Please note, this service has limited appointments available and does not carry out routine dental care. Advanced booking is required on the day.

We are delighted to welcome new patients to our practice - whether they have been referred by our patients, professional colleagues or have seen one of our adverts.
At First Choice Dental Clinic, we think word-of mouth recommendations are the best! A very high percentage of our patients come to us because their family and friends have been delighted with the practice. To thank them, for each person who registers with us and goes on to have treatment, we credit our patients’ account with £10. (Some have enough credits for free check-ups.) There is no limit to the number of “rewards” - so if you’ve been meaning to recommend us to someone, do it now!

Would you like to treat a friend or family member? A voucher towards their dental or hygiene treatment might be something you have not considered before.

Cross-infection
Here at First Choice Dental Clinic we adhere to the highest standards of cross-infection control. We have a central decontamination room in accordance with the current guidelines (comprising the latest autoclaves and washer-disinfector) to ensure that our surgery environment achieves the highest clinical standard. All staff are trained and regularly updated on cross-infection control procedures and we have a written policy statement on cross-infection which is regularly audited.
